Our story

Why we started.

01
The problem

We noticed some problems.

Investing information was everywhere, yet somehow useless: scattered, hard to digest, and hard to trust.

Outdated advice and noisy social feeds, with no clear path to building wealth
Tools built for professionals, not for people who wanted simplicity and control
02
The solution

So we built a solution.

Oxford Market Intelligence closes the gap with world-class analysis, made simple.

Bite-sized, jargon-free research that fits into your day
Portfolios you can copy, built and held by our own analysts
A 100,000-strong community taking confident steps toward real wealth
Our purpose

Directly, or by partnering with the financial services industry, our purpose is to increase the net worth of an entire generation.

Our founder

Gregor Becker

Oxford Market Intelligence was founded in 2020 by Gregor Becker, an Oxford-trained economist (M.Phil Economics, University of Oxford). Frustrated by market coverage that was either too shallow to be useful or too noisy to be trusted, he set out to build research that is rigorous, independent, and genuinely useful to everyday investors.

Today, he leads an Oxford-educated team of expert researchers that writes The Morning Brief and builds the portfolios our readers follow, holding the same positions we publish.

Our mantras

What we hold to.

Being human

We are not a faceless company. We are a team that puts our readers' best interests at heart, every single day.

Empowering, not advising

We do not tell our readers what to do or how to invest. We give them what they need to make assured, independent decisions for themselves.

Apolitical and unbiased

We do not take sides, but we always remember that we serve a global community with local concerns.

Better together

We are citizens in a community working toward the same goal. Becoming rich alone is lonely. Increasing the net worth of an entire generation is fulfilling.
